The project is backed by D’Tours Original - “Original Tours, Original People” and funded by donations from people just like you. Our work is based on trust, you trust us with your donations and the villagers trust us to deliver to them a better standard of life. Our guarantee is that 100% of what you donate goes to where it is promised, not on admin costs, not to ourselves and not to fees and charges imposed by governments, councils and INGO/NGO not for profit organizations.

We are just a group of people who want to make a difference and who want to make sure YOUR money goes where it is intended to.

AST has a new project in the pipeline, to make a documentary about village life in Nepal a fun & exciting way to spread the word and get people involved in our many projects. We would love to get a wider audience onboard, and have recently been discussing the prospect of filming a documentary. VOLUNTEER GOES TO VILLAGE
Casper, a volunteer from Holland has just left Kathmandu for a 3 week stay in the village. Now is rice planning time and he has gone to help in the fields, teach kids and learn about village life in Nepal. Stay tuned to the site for a full report on Casper’s village adventures. Casper will also be preparing for us a proposal and documentation for our Water for Villages Project.

EVEREST TREK 2010 – READ ABOUT ALL THE FUN
We are back from our May 2010 trek to Everest Base Camp. 10 trekkers departed Kathmandu for the trip in order to raise funds for our “Water for Villages Project”. Everest Base Camp Round II

We had so much fun the first time and managed to raise around US$2500 for Water for Villages, that we are going to do it all again. The next trek to Everest Base Camp kicks off on the 17th April 2011.
